We provide legal advice per the provisions of Decree-Law No. 35 of 1978 related to the lease of premises, including, but not limited to (the amendment of the rent in a legal agreement - determining the duration of the use of the premise in agreement and by law - the obligations of the lessee and the lessor – preparing and drafting of lease contracts, legal drafting, and representation of clients in rental claims such as evictions and lawsuits of demolishing the leased property, and preparing the notices for canceling the lease and payment).
