The office provides all legal advice related to air transport, such as chartering aircraft and their privileges and mutual agreements between airlines, as well as resolving disputes related to maritime transport, such as maritime insurance, sales, purchase, and financing of ships, with their representation before the competent judicial authorities and arbitration bodies.
